This Clementi- lookalike carries the name 'John Longman' (son of James) on the nameboard, surrounded by the familiar garland of sweet peas. It is technically curious in that most of the wrestpins are at the back of the case Broadwood style, instead of at the right, as was usual until nearer 1820.
