Broadwood 1815                                   Free to Good Home

This elegant Broadwood, serial number 19055,  does appear to be in basically good condition, and a good proposition for restoration to full playing order, although sadly, as is so often the case, the pedal seems to be missing.

Broadwoods for just a few years around 1820 had the treble tuning pins at the the right; this does avoid crowding at the back, but soon cases were made wider for the six-octave  pianos.  We see that a few strings need to be replaced, but no structural problems are apparent.

Due to  'downsizing' this beautiful piano is generously offered Free to Good Home.  It is in Cotham, Bristol, in a ground floor location.  Please contact Melanie Grady
